Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. An order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information or product unavailability, in which case you will be fully refunded.
Prices and product information shown on the store are the ones applicable at the time of checkout.
Delivery
All products are physical items shipped to the address you provide. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days from the date of your order. Details on how orders are handled, and on late, lost or damaged parcels, are available in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are counted from the date of the order and may be affected by the accuracy of the address provided.
Risk and ownership
Ownership of the products passes to you once payment has been received in full. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.
